A pixel-style Wild West simulation game
Wild West Cowboy Craft is a free role-playing game developed by StartourMobs. It is a first-person city builder wherein players will be able to create a city in the old Western setting. It has two modes and provides a variety of building tools to create all kinds of landscapes and scenarios they want.
Similar in aesthetic to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and its pixel art style, Wild West Cowboy Craft offers a unique visual experience that fans of that game will like. It features multiple characters to choose from and boasts various customization options and cosmetic items.
West craft
Minecraft has become the gold standard when it comes to sandbox building and crafting games. It provides a large amount of freedom to exercise your creativity to create pretty much anything and in any manner you want. Here then comes Wild West Cowboy Craft, taking inspiration from it, and introducing a distinctly Western theme for fans of that era in history.
Wild West Cowboy Craft offers two game modes, with the first being Creation Mode similar to the traditional sandbox mode that lets you do and build whatever you want with all available tools and resources. The second is a Survival Mode and here, you will need to contend with various limiting factors and conditions like having to scavenge for materials yourself and fend off wild animal attacks.
There are eight characters to choose from, and you can check out the Map Center for new maps, as well as share your own creations with the community using the built-in map editor. That said, the game's still thin on things to do and could use more content in future updates to help keep things fresh and interesting for players.
Cowboy it up
All in all, if you're a fan of Minecraft and like freedom and building aspects but want something different, give Wild West Cowboy Craft a try. It captures the core experience of what makes it great while injecting a unique theme to it that many will like. While it still needs more work and content, it's well worth checking out even in its current state. Recommended.
